THE GREAT
TRAFFIC JAM
(Or how I came to Maine)
Some
eighteen years ago in a Boston traffic jam, I decided to move to
Maine for its
beauty and slower pace of lifestyle. " There
has got to be something better than sitting here 3-4 hours a day. I
could move to Maine... but, what would I do? I'll sell Real Estate",
I love working with people , I love Maine , and I'll be running my
own business.". I knew I could help people much better that the
agent that helped me in my first home purchase. Now, some 18 years
later, I have been successful in the business for many years and have
my wife Dori working with me full time. 3 years ago I affiliated with
RE/MAX Riverside after 15 years with another local agency. Being here
at RE/Max Riverside has given me the freedom to run my business the
way I want and to be able to start a development company with business
partner David Cost called Home Solutions Inc.
I have expertise
in new construction, subdivisions, buyer agency, working with
sellers, land sales and waterfront homes and parcels.

AND BEFORE THAT... Before the day of the great traffic jam,
I spent years as a Contract Negotiator and Contract Administrator
for the Navy, where I learned the value of keeping track of details
in every business deal. Today, I apply this knowledge to help
my client s buy and sell real estate with no surprises. Prior
to contracts, I was a manger for a Kay Bee Toy store. There I
learned the value of setting goals and objectives. I try to learn
what my clients want by listening to their needs. Then, we work
