From watching the market for the property to fit your needs and preferences to leaving the closing table a new owner, we will work diligently to assure the smoothest transaction possible. Since becoming licensed to sell real estate in Maine in 1988, Steve has worked with many people to assist them in this process. We will explore potential properties with you, gather and share as much information about each potential property with you and assist you in negotiating an offer. Then, using his vast knowledge of financing, recommend lenders to assist you in securing financing as necessary, and work closely with you and the other professionals involved in every aspect up to and including the closing. This may include your lender, building or other types of inspectors, appraisers etc. Steve will assist an investor client in assessing the earning potential of an investment property. Steve has extensive experience in all types of homes from new construction/land home packages, land only, investment properties and existing dwellings. We are also there to assist you in negotiating any “surprises” that may arise during the course of the buying process.
