SPRUCE POND, BRUNSWICK
Spruce Pond is a neighborhood of Modular and Manufactured
homes set on 96 acres. Spruce Pond offers ½ acre lots with
public roads and "turn key" land home packages.
The setting of the neighborhood is a rural area with its
own small pond to fish in and skate on, and a soccer/ recreational
field. There are 48 acres of common land intertwined throughout
the lots. Many home sites have common area behind them, and
there are lots that have common area on 2 and even 3 sides.
The developers have accomplished their goal to retain the
wooded nature of the area and have maintained wooded buffer
areas between the lots. There are two streets with remaining
